INGREDIENTS: Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Crushed Chili, Red Pepper.
Smoked Paprika (30g / 1.05oz): Vividly red in color, smoked paprika is made from ground Capsicum chili peppers. It adds an incredible layer of mild heat and flavor to dishes. It has a delicate aroma and a sweetly smoky flavor. Commonly used in ribs, chicken, salmon, paella, deviled eggs, Spanish tortilla, potato salad, sautéed shrimp, tomatoes, stews, soups, potatoes, cheeses, or used as a flavoring for meat rubs.
Paprika (30g / 1.05oz): Paprika is made from dried and ground varieties of chili pepper or bell pepper, or a combination thereof. The spice adds vibrant color and a smoky flavor to foods that can be intensified by heating briefly in oil. While most Americans think of paprika as a garnish, it also provides wonderful seasoning for soups, stews, potatoes and egg and cheese dishes. Paprika can also be added to henna to enhance color.
Chili ground (30g / 1.05oz): It is used as a spice to add pungency or piquancy and flavor to dishes.
Chili crushed (25g / 0.88oz): Aside from the textural contrast, crushed chili pepper differs from powdered chili pepper in that the former includes dried seeds. Also commonly called crushed red pepper, just a dash adds a lot of spice and heat to sausage, pizza, pasta sauce and other foods.
Red pepper flakes (30g / 1.05oz): The most common use is in the form of crushed flakes, which are typically slightly milder and more oily than conventional crushed red pepper, with a hint of saltiness and a slightly raisin-like flavor.
