Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale Items
Please note that final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Be sure to carefully review product details before making a final purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@spicylux.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
