- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 lb asparagus
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 avocados
- Pasta water
- Lemon zest
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the pasta as package instructions, save a cup of the water to use it in the sauce.
2. Sauté mushrooms and asparagus with garlic and olive oil, when cooked add a few teaspoons of lemon juice.
3. For the sauce, mash avocados, add lemon, olive oil, pepper, lemon zest, garlic powder, pasta water.
