Golden Turmeric Latte

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of ground ginger

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a pot over medium heat, whisk and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors blend.

2. Pour into a cup and enjoy.

TIPS:

- You can replace Almond milk with coconut milk (any other plant based milk would work).
- The maple syrup is optional. You can replace it with honey.
