TURMERIC
Turmeric, also known as curcuma longa, is a spice with multiple preventive and curative properties. Excellent for digestion, turmeric has also the ability to decrease inflammation, prevent cancer and protect the brain from Alzheimer's disease.
Curcuma can help detoxify and keep your body in good shape. It stimulates good digestion and treats gastric ulcers.
